You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Vendor POS Pro Subscription

• Vendor POS Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features.
• Subscription plans and pricing are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (Apple ID or Google Play).
• A free 14-day trial may be available. If you do not cancel before the trial ends you will not be charged — the trial simply expires.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VendorPOS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Data

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VendorPOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date.
